The final day of 2007.. The new year is here and it's gonna be a crucial year to decide my life! 2007 has been great and i'm gonna list the great moments:

(1) My running status improved :)
(2) I got to go to GERMANY!
(3) I finally passed all my subjects in my final grades slip
(4) I got a dog :)
(5) I'm working!
and i made so many new friends this year!
Life seems to be in good control :)

so 2008 is coming and obviously i need some new years resolutions:

(1) I've got to continue to improve my running
(2) Get like all As for my A levels.. hahahah (fingers crossed)
(3) Get a new laptop :D

Other then that, my main focus of 2008 will be the A levels.. Os was already bad enough, so i cannot screw up my As..

HAPPY 2008 EVERYONE!!

Christmas.. what a blast.. monday party at home and counted down to christmas with my relatives.. and on christmas day itself, went down to town to meet vanessa before going to buy drinks and took a cab down to wanwen's house.. it was only 8 bucks for the ride.. how cheap! anyway, it was a night of catching up with old friends but this time being all 18 and stuff, we drank haha! alcohol training from germany paid off.. hahahha.. thereafter, went home to get my stuff and went to samuel's house.. it was about 1am by then.. then went to weijoe's house! and we had fun there..haha with videos and the pool.. hahah.. too bad not everyone could turn up for this great gathering but still it was wonderful :) but i ended up kinda blur in the daytime and had to go for work hahaha so yup.. christmas! i love it.. tomorrow there'll be a gathering at my place so i can't wait! haha.. skipped diploma lesson again.. damn it.. i've been naughty, santa will have to take that into consideration next year :D

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! After coming back from Germany, I found a little more meaning to Christmas.. It's that time of the year where we should just forget about our worries and just be merry :) MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Finally MONDAY TODAY..
what a week it has been since i came back.. shali just back from the SEA games in Thailand as well.. and today was basically my first training.. the initial thoughts of it was so terrifying but in the end, it wasn't very very tough.. it was alright.. it was tiring after awhile but it didn't exactly kill me.. thank god! hahahaha! and hilmi,jon,shali and me went to have Mcdonalds (which i'm rather sick of but still ate it anyway cause i was hungry).. and shali and I took a cab home.. today was the first day of the new taxi fares thing so the final fare from Bukit Gombak to Bukit Timah: SGD$8.20.. can the government do something about this!!! Singapore will die with such soaring taxi fares!! people will become jobless!

Thursday
even though still really really tired, i went to meet huimin and Kim for lunch at westmall.. and then went to Calvin's house before going to find ipod 80G with for Calvin to get for his cousin and finally meet up with ex-AES trackers for dinner at Orchard..

Friday
Start of diploma lesson.. damn.. and there was also a first meeting about the Talent Management Programme which shali, jon and I got into.. we're supposing richer by $1000 now.. hahah.. and because of this meeting i was almost an hour late for lesson but ya, no worries.. the lecturer is not a very hard guy..

Saturday
Shali and I went to IKEA, Alexander where i got a mirror as well as some organizing boxes.. to clear up the mess in my room.. and we tried to find nice stuff at queensway but failed to do so.. so yup.. shali was suppose to go to Holland with me but HE DIDN'T! so, i went to meet mum and her ex-colleagues for a BBQ at Icon this amazing new condo build right in the middle of Tanjong Pagar.. so cool..

Sunday
Nike sales with shali at Hougang! we got messed up when the address of that place was Tempiness Road so we had to take a cab which cost almost $10 bycks.. damn it.. but still, we had fun at Wingtai.. hahaha.. and we managed to grab some last pieces :) and in the night we met Mel and hardi for dinner..

so that pretty much wraps up the trip.. we got a scare when we were going from Dubai to Singapore becuase we didn't expect the plane to stop in Colombo.. so, i hope to get back to germany soon! :)

Wednesday
The next day after i return i pulled myself out of bed and went to Sentosa! hahaha.. with my 4/1 classmates.. i had to go even though i was so tired cause i really miss these guys hahaha..

BACK IN SINGAPORE!!!! and feeling really tired now.. i'm just gonna leave daniel a message before i go to bed.. will continue to blog tomorrow hopefully and shali will be coming back! yay! hahahahaha..

Saturday :) spent it at SNOW DOME! where i was snowboarding.. i couldn't take much pictures because i was snowboarding (d'oh) so ya.. one of the worst sports i've ever tried.. it was so difficult and i slipped here and there.. and had so many hard fall..

Last day of school :) and we had to do a presentation about school and singapore to the grade 6 class and the grade 10 class.. the grade 10 class includes the students that will come to singapore next year..



the evening was spent in Lasse's house.. daniel's classmate.. and obviously there was alcohol again.. and we played this guitar game which was really fun..






Lasse lives on a farm and this is his dog.. really giantic but tame..

Thursday (Donnerstag), was school in the day, and shopping at Keil after school.. It was also Saint Nikolasses (how you spell it?) day.. it's always the 6th of December.. and children will find sweets in their shoes in the morning :) kinda like santa..



There was a free lesson and ya, some random shots of daniel's classmates..

Wednesday :) had lessons to go and we ended in a grade 6 class to share some stuff about singapore and school so ya.. the children were very excited to see us so it was quite fun hahahah.. and yup.. very fun class :)

Tuesday :) and shiva and me and paloma and eric went to hamburg with mr limbog and the 2 teaching assistants.. and Paloma's exchange class as well.. we took the train which was a god damn long ride..

so the main high light for the day was the HSV STADIUM!!!!!! really really really cool place.. we got this tour that was only for special guests.. and went round the stadium.. even the grass!! this stadium was where the quarter finals (or was it semis) of the FIFA World cup 2006 was held.. the game between Ukraine and Italy which Italy won in the end.. so ya.. we even went to changing rooms and all.. i was so fasinated! coolest place ever! wanted to get a souvenior but we left the place in a hustle so ya..

while we were having english class, we had to stop because new furniture were being brought into school at that point..

So, saturday night was spent at Arthur's house.. drinking and partying again.. and woke up late on sunday.. and sunday was the day to try and catch some moles in the garden.. the trap was laid all but didn't catch anything on that day..







so next we went to the north sea..
