went for NDP training session today at ngee ann poly.. and will be posted to MGS pri next week! haha yay! just a stone's throw :D anyway, singapore sees the closure of the national stadium after 34 yrs of functioning.. saw the closing match between australia and singapore.. which singapore lost 3-0.. hahaha great match! anyway, the old team singapore ppl were there and it were talkin bout all their memories they had with the stadium and all.. my only memory about that place are national day parades and national championships being held there.. haha :D tomorrow will be going out with sec frens! yay! and will be queena's birthday celebration.. damn must spend money again.. i'm so broke :( haha :)

yay! last paper! LOL.. actually it's my second last paper.. but it's gonna be paper 2 of accounts next week so who cares!!!!!! hahahaha.. today's paper 1 almost left me dead after the paper, hafiz and raza left in the middle of the paper damn funny la.. give up until like that.. trained in the morning and had my very first ice bath.. Ooooo.. it's was literally cool so ya.. hahaha.. cannot say much but it was kinda fun.. me and mel had to fight for our ice bags and i mean trashing the ice box! after paper went to orchard, where kim and calvin bought new crumpler bags from wheelock.. stupid bags, everyone has em yucks.. boring.. haha :P ermm.. went to eat at cini's long john, went shopping tryin to spend $50 with kim and huimin and calvin at taka HAHA!! ermm.. after that played a card game called OFFICE SCANDAL at burger king super funny game.. really fun can't wawit to play again! arh so tired byebye :D

econs paper 2 :) had it today afternoon.. was pretty normal.. not too diffcult.. chose questions 1, 3 and 4 which mr pillai said was sucidal.. damn it! hahaha.. but whatever, i feel fine.. then went for training at gombak with shali, he had meetin after that.. ermm.. train train then knee pain again.. damn hahaha.. but no problem.. so ya.. after trainin bought BLUEBERRY bubble tea :D good for me.. then met shali again and then went to some isolated little bus stop and made out and went home.. LOL!! ok no no, we just simply took 61 but got off after one stop to be kind to this 2 old ladies so ya.. blah blah.. waited for stupid 77 that took 10 years to arrive, and there was no seat (thanks shali!).. hahaha..

kendra made it to the semis as the first qualifier for her primary school nationals! my god.. i'm a little shocked because i never really know my bitchy little sister could actually be that good an athlete.. hahaha.. sorry but ya.. at least now i've been proved wrong.. :) but anyway, she's if she's gonna be bitchy and all, she's gonna have problems in the future if she becomes some sorta superstar or something.. but whatever i don't really care.. HAHAHA :D

she lost 10 pounds because she texted me.. HAHA ;) should have bought a red carpet for her.. CONGRATS PARIS :X

i have so many things to talk about! where should i start.. ok.. had management paper today which was relatively alright, and i went for training today.. hahaha.. after 4 days of rest damn it was tiring.. saw kenneth (hilmi's sis bf) there as well as mr photographer haha.. jun ling (how to spell his name??) and eugene and yusman (O NORA!!) hahahaha.. we also said some funny jokes with the throws coach mr ma HAHAHA :D o and i was with mel.. hahaha..

ok anyway, the crust of today is that the results of my blood and urine test is out! hahaha.. yay! anyway, i have too much uric acid in me which means that i have to cut down on beans and nuts and seafood! damn it (i love seafood:( ) and b4 i went to see the doc i actually ate a bowl of clams!! hahaha.. stupid.. anyway, this is also the cause of the pain in my joints.. it's hereditary but it's just something i have to becareful about.. HAHAHA :D i also have too little haemoglobin and thus have to eat more red meat.. and i got this supplement from the doc, it's called Neogobion.. and doc said it will make me run faster! haha yay! if i don't take care of my uric acid problem, i might develope Gout which is seriously not good.. so ya.. and the worse thing is i just found out that my blood group is B+!!!!!!!!!! hahaha.. and all these years i thought i was O.. damn.. which means that i have the same blood group as mum.. and mum said that perhaps Thea's blood group might be B+ also because when mum was younger she used to bleed from her nose like the 2 if us! hahahaha.. funny 'family story'.. so ya.. there's so many details to this check up but all my other things (i suppose that's what you call em anyway) are normal.. within the acceptable ranges.. phew.. Dr. Teo was also being funny.. hahaha.. when we reached the STDs part, he was like: "ermm it says negative here, but if it were to say positive i also don't know how to put it across to you" LOL so funny..

there was this really demanding lady at the clinic that cause some problem.. after i came out from the doc's room.. she came into the clinic, her number (or actually her sick son's) was jumped over already and she wasn't around (and she came back duh).. so ya.. her son was really sick looking but not the dying kind.. she went to the counter and explained her situation.. so the counter lady asked with Dr Teo, and he said he will attend to 2 more in queue patients first b4 attending to her.. so ya fine.. the first guy went in.. then this lady came up to the counter (i was at the counter btw) and said: "my son needs to go to school tomorrow" and all.. so could she be allowed to go next.. so ya.. doc said nope.. but translated through the caounter ladies (2 of em).. she was like: "is this some sort of punishment??" the ladies at the counter simply nv replied her, which in my point of view was rather 'professionally correct'.. she was like demanding for some sorta answer until her husband had to pull her away.. it took less then 5 mins for the next 2 patients (small illnesses i guess) and she marched towards and into the room and the rest is history.. stupid lady! i bet she gave the doctor a piece of her mind but she better not have said harsh words to my doctor man.. seriously, if her son was sick why bother going to school the next day ? and secondly, it's not a punishment, it's simply a penalty for not being there when your number's called.. DUH!!! omg.. sometimes parents can just get so out of hand.. but today, i actually felt that i connected with mum.. and dad as well, first time i'm askin him to cut down on his alcohol intake after chattin with the doctor.. ok long story's over.. HAHA :D

mid years have started! and all i have to say is that i really detest chinese! arh!! mugging for my business paper tomorrow morning and skipped trainin today.. damn it.. i'm gonna train after my paper tomorrow :)

my joints are hurtin and i'm feelin feverish.. is this how i'm suppose to feel after havin blood drawn out of the body ?? hahaha.. and havin a slight headache now.. met Dr Teo at last and he said i was very fit ! :) he also said that although i appear thin, i'm actually very muscular :) HAHAHA!! strong already haha..my BMI is slighty abouve 18 which is acceptable and he also mentioned that top atheletes also have their BMIs around that region so ya..i'm like laughin inside knowin that i'm healthy hahaha.. and today is the first time i gave my urine sample to someone.. yucks :X went back to school for PW meetin with Mdm Ong and then decided to go for trainin at gombak, saw mel there.. after doing a little bit, shali says that after a realease of so much blood from the body, one has to rest.. so that's why i'm feelin giddy now! hahaha.. while i was bathin just now, it took me like 10 secs to differentiate between shampoo and soap.. damn.. no matter how restless i feel, still gotta do PW work :) yay! wanwen is comin back today i miss her so much hahaha.. all her nonsense :D

training yesterday and today.. went to KAP yesterday with jon and shali to study.. and we ate and do our work.. i was readin chinese to improve my chinese :) anyway, wanted to buy things so ended up in Cold Storage.. after that went to NTUC thinking things will be cheaper there.. BUT bukit timah's NTUC just got renovated so ya.. hahaha.. on our 'journey', touched jon's dick by accident hahahahaha :D opps yummy ;) HAHAHA!!! anyway, ermm.. at NTUC shali hit my dick with his stupid shoebag and it hurt! damn you shali!! but ya.. i have balls made of steel so ya safe.. phew.. hahaha.. went to play pool at beauty world and it fun so ya.. so long since i played pooll.. Oooo..

today, after trainin watched Fantastic 4 : Rise of the Silver Surfer.. watched it with shali and it was damn cool.. cool! hahaha.. i'll give it like 5/5! hahaha.. nice.. tonight gonna transfer money to yusman's account for the spike shoes he sold to me..

had diploma exam today! the 4th module.. it was really simple.. i arrived into the classroom late and started late and yet i ended earlier until i just left the room.. (too cold) hahah! today we finally get to meet HUILING!!! HAHAHA!! so funny.. i always thought she was this fat girl that just seats at the office making phonecalls to students but no... she's not at the least fat, and she looks pretty decent.. like a workin lady.. hahaha.. what a joke..

back to basics :) training again today! with mel in the afternoon.. because there was only 2 of us, we had our difficulties on certain weights issue.. hahaha.. so we kinda modified our workout and did our jumps in the gym instead.. we also did our lunges in the gym.. i can do 40kg for the lunges! (yay me) haha :D felt funny doing blocks today.. something felt amiss, it just seems like i was floating or something.. and my steps were tiny and small.. hahaha.. we also did leg press, and abs excercise :) extra training hor! but it's good.. i need to modify and start strengthening my muscle, at the back especially.. something's wrong with my back.. very weak.. cannot take heavy weights.. if i can get that part stronger, for my stuarts i'll also be able to do better :)

mum came to fetch me from training today.. went to grandma's house to collect something and then went to this video shop that belongs to her fren.. this couple have been runnin this shop since i was super little until now.. they've moved from cck to jurong west.. and business seems as usual.. have not met them for really long already.. HAHA! and today for the first time, i saw huimin's secondary school (shuqun sec sch).. it's an orange and blue building.. hahah!

Dr Teo was 'off' today so cannot see doctor today :( but nvm, still got many more days of a week.. just got to find the best time in my schedule.. met Calvin after/for dinner at bukit timah plaza.. went to popular and we read some stories which were really funny.. they're meant for children but it was seriously dumb.. it was a series of books.. the tittles are:

HAHAHA!! i found back my laughter.. a little thanks to hilmi for talking bout Amanda fox.. ermm.. woke up and felt that i needed to do something to renew my life so bathe taisho, changed my blogskin :D and started laughing about the 'huiling' issue after she called.. hui ling is this lady from newcastle school of management and she always calls and gives us details about our diploma and all so ya.. she's someone we always hear about but nv get to meet.. hahaha.. and every fault belongs to hui ling! later going out to meet my secondary school frens! yay! it's been so long since i went out with them due to my forever busy schedule.. weijoe's birthday is tomorrow so today will be our celebration with him :D tomorrow is also the 4th diploma module exam.. i'm not gonna study hahaha :X just gonna use my common sense.. hahaha.. shame on me :D mum wants to bring me to see a docter along this week.. get a full check up get rid of all my illness and start growing fatter :) so that can grow stronger and run faster! yay! haha :)

hoo hoo... guess what, we got disqualified for 4x100m! perhaps not disqualified but simply last.. o well.. things are just not meant to be for us i guess.. haiz.. Alfred reminded us not to be corky and all.. guess this has been a great lesson.. we should focus on the run and not the end.. after the run this thought came into my mind.. for a person to want to win a race, he really has to start early.. i'm gonna start and dedicate at least 1 hour to study everyday from today onwards on whichever subject..

anyway, about the relay, saw the video, i did pull a gap from the other runners behind! (a little moment of joy).. then passed to shali, smooth... turned around almost immediately fearin that things will not go right (don't wanna look).. heard the crowd going OOOOOO.. and well kinda guessed that some team dropped the baton or fall down or something of that sort.. then it came to me that the possibility of THAT team could be MY team so i turned my head, low and behold! jon was behind so ya.. end of story.. haiz.. guess there's nothing to be sad about after all things happen for a reason BUT this happened twice! arh! that's pissing.. saw the video and realized that although jon got back the baton, the passing between him and hilmi wasn't exactly smooth.. hmm..

after the championships waited to hope that we've won the lucky draw or something.. we even lied to atiqah that she won 2nd prize.. and being the gullible her, she took in our words.. after that went to grands house just down the road.. had dinner there and went home.. reached home wanted to meet shali to go walk walk to relax off the 'run's pain' with taisho, no reply so just walk walk with taisho.. He's actually a really smart dog sometimes i just feel that he's really funny.. sign...

how should i start this post... hmm.. couldn't get to sleep cause I've been thinking so much about whatever that just took place today.. woo..

the bad/sad/negative side of things today...
1. Hmm.. had to go and run despite my cold and cough... shit man..
2. It bums me just thinking that everyone got like top 3 today and i never get anything :(

then there's the brighter/better/positive side...
1. At least i managed to qualify into the finals for 200m and got 5th! (yay?)
2. ermm.. the track team did well!
3.Survived 3 races today

i guess the main reason i couldn't sleep today was because today's events kept running over my head again and again.. i feel so stress seeing the others improve while i'm moving at the speed of 5m/sec.. damn it.. i just don't know what the hell is wrong with me.. arh!! tomorrow will be our 4x100m.. hopefully things don't get screwed up.. fingers crossed.. sigh...

400m was a mess, 200m was satisfying to a certain extent i guess.. but still.. o man.. how can i put this.. i want to sleep tonight!! i just feel so 'emo-ish'.. kinda like you feel that you need someone to pour out to yet there's not really anyone there.. then there's that feelin like you'll just exploud and cry, scream or something if this continues.. i've became really thin ever since i started putting my heart into training from 3 weeks ago.. mum's worried because i've got a weak body system but i simply told her that she's over reacting.. did i lied ??

then went to Bukit timah market to meet my family and aunties family and all.. so yup.. bought Jeax ( pri 3 cousin) to the toilet then walked home with him and auntie while the others took the car.. haiz.. talked bout entry to uni.. i'm gonna die just thinking so much now.. shit man.. arh !! she related to me an incident that took place before i met them.. at bukit timah market.. 2 stall owners were like in a super heated argument.. and then one guy closed his shop and left then came back with his son and quarreled more.. then the son made a really loud remark : " Close your shop at nine then come downstairs and fight la!".. i guess it's suppose to be slightly funny because of the akward position my family were seated at (smack middle of the rubbish).. so ya.. didn't know such childish acts can still be found it grown adults..

TIME TO FLY! hahaha.. comin weekend will be the Swift Championships.. really looking forwaord to it and to do well :) yup.. for all my events as well as the 4x1 relay.. so scared about the baton passes.. so many uncertainties, what is the baton drops, what if we can't complete the baton passing like last time... arh! shit.. hahaha.. please please.. have been training as normal everyday with alfred at gombak.. today was light training and stupid jon asked me to bring for him shoes and shorts.. dumbass.. more baton practices again tomorrow! yay! hahaha..

the past few days have been runnin on the same.. diploma lessons, training, diploma lesson, training... so ya.. hahaha.. everyday finding place to eat lunch with fiona and liwen also.. hahaha.. today ate at the coffeeshop i used to went to when i was younger to eat.. the place hasn't changed much.. :D

the programme for this weekend is seriously screwed and so is the programme for the Nationals this year.. both my individual events are like super close together sometimes together in a day and running on consecutive days.. damn.. will definately not forget to become tired.. hahahaha :D

9th JUNE: KIM'S BIRTHDAY!! can't say how old she is or she'll kill me hahaha..anyway, went to Raffles Marina, some club in tuas area.. super isolated but really fun actually.. the place is done up really nicely and the pool is looking fine! hahaha.. when i arrived there, couldn't find them initially but then when i found them, we went fishing! hahaha!! so many fishes.. there were thin sword-fish look-a-likes and also the nasi lemak kinda fish.. it's so easy to fish there, just toss a string and a hook and they'll just bite the hook! hahaaha.. and i thought fishing was boring.. anyway, durin the night time after dinner (which was marvellous), everytime we caught a fish, i'd unhook it and toss it back into the sea! hahaha.. i'm a good Samaritan :D and we also played cards till really late into the nigth thus the timing i'm doing this.. hahahaha..

in the noon, was in gombak catchin the SEA junior championships! shali ran the 400m and managed to qualify for the finals tomorrow! yay!! hahaha.. singapore stands at 1 gold (from shotput women), 2 bronzes (1 from 100m women and 1 from discus men).. cool... tomorrow the action will continue and i'll once again be there to take phtos and videos! hahaha so fun...

in the mornin, was at Ngee Ann Poly for the NDP rehearsal thing.. had some role play thing and some talk so ya.. next week will not be able to go down due to the Swift championships next weekk.. weee!! haha.. BTW photos and all will be comin soon!! :D

tired tired.. haha.. had endurance training today.. almost died because i forgot to eat breakfast.. haha damn.. thank god i'm still alive.. my calf nearly got cramped up while doing some baton passing with hilmi.. jon also almost died.. hahaa.. after finishing while i was havin headache, i saw this moniter lizard just outside the gym.. it was kinda big.. and it was hidin behind the podium.. hahaha.. the good thing is that encounter got my headache away..

had lunch at westmall with jon.. i had chicken rice :D a good input of carbo, protien, salt and sugar (drank lamen barley).. hahah.. met mum and the children, they're gonna catch shrek3.. saw james from MI as well and joanna from aes and her brother but didn't say hi.. hahaha:) tomorrow will be another day of trainin as well as the diploma.. talking bout that, the teacher was so funny today.. he started laughin at something he just explained.. we were laughin at the way he was laughin but he laughed even harder thinkin that we were laughin with him but in fact we were laughin at him! HAHAHAHA.. funny teacher..

2nd week of the june holidays..hmm.. nothing much happened today except training and diploma lesson.. so ya.. O and today was Auntie Helen's birthday so our family went out for dinner with her and lenny as well.. went to Mad Jack, a australian restaurant near Saint Margaret's.. kinda nice..

yesterday.. watched SHREK 3 with calvin and nigel.. HAHAHa.. it's funny at times and i'll rate it 3.5/5.. the most funny part was when Sleeping Beauty fell down and fall asleep causing 2 bad guys to trip over her body and got knocked out.. So FUNNY! hahahaha.. ok anyway, after that ate Pepper lunch.. my cough is seriously not recovering because i also had Macdonalds with calvin.. hahah.. ok.. after that met shali to go to Singapore poly for some beauty pageant thing.. so ya.. it was boring, we left, and went to holland V to play asshole game at essential brew.. yup that was pretty much it i guess.. HAHA :D
