Training training training.. that's what that has been keepin me busy the past couple of days :D believe it or not, i'm actually likin it..

yesterday went to eat jap food at orchard with mum.. some place at shaw centre.. it was great! :D haha.. after that shopping time ! and then training at gombak.. yesterday was endurance training so ya it was tough.. 10 x 100m.. we completed it decently :D GREAT JOB SHALI AND MEL!! and coach (alfred) made me do extra weights again and i found out i can actully do heavier weights then i thought i could:D hey hey.. after trainin, the 3 of us bought WHATEVER !! it's this drink that contains whatever so ya.. hahaha.. wanted to try it, mel got lemon tea, i got peach tea and shali got apple tea.. funny.. after that went home and had UNAGI for dinner ! yum yum.. fabulous! then went to meet huimin, kim, kristen, jiayang @ KAP.. did maths and then ASSHOLE CARD GAME (titie, how do you spell that ?? hahaah).. so ya.. after that on the way home, met, hianchong, weichong, gabriel, qinheng and a few secondary sch frens at the busstop.. coincidence.. nv really spoke much but ya.. never really spoke to sec sch ppl already.. been busy with life.. damn it.. after that kim went to book chalet or something then, huimin, kristen and me went to alameen for supper so ya..

today! nothing much actually except training.. we did practice on our starts and i did a preety decent job today :D hahaha.. so ya.. but my knee hurts and so does the tendon part left leg to be exact.. damn it! had bubble tea-pineapple milk tea (kinda nice actually) so ya that's pretty much bout it..

O! i remembered something! yesterday, while we were on our way to get our Whatever drink, we walked pass this lady and a girl (with her so i assume it's her daughter).. the lady was squartin and squashin drink cans.. and the girl was seatin on a spoilt pram.. the girl was sick and sobbin as well.. the lady said in chinese(my translation is a little bad) : ' We don't have the time to sleep.. and I don't have any money for you to see a doctor'... she said more things but i can't really rmb but all i knew was that after the mother said stuff, the girl started cryin.. she looked as if she cried b4.. what i'm tryin to drive at is that i didn't really knew there are ppl who actully live in such terrible state in singapore.. i wonder where could the girl's father be? or if any help is given to them at all.. thelittle girl did looked sick to me.. such a painful picture to rmb.. shali and mel are lucky they don't understand whatever the mum said but they probably didn't really like sight as well.. i really pity them.. :( someone help them...

Headache headache! Regina, nisah and joan just left my house after calvin left.. we were doin our Project work.. since i had this headache and cough, i didn't really contribute much today.. haha sorry :)

cough cough.. havin a little cough now.. must be due to the 2 cups of milk tea i had just now.. hahaha.. after the 2nd allcomers.. did my 400m today.. it was a damn race.. my starts could have been faster and i didn't hug my curves ! until mark told me after the run.. damn it.. my stupid timing remains at 56 again.. arh !! the next competition which is swift I'M GONNA CUT MY STUPID TIMING!! damn it damn it damn it! i feel guilty because i didn't actually feel like really tired after comin back from the run which means i did not push hard enough! i was so socused on my 'head-shakin' problem that i actually forgot everything else !! stupid me.. damn damn damn!

hmm.. today is so retarded because of my run but at least i'm not fallin back too much because i can actually to a constant 56 :) after the race i climbed up to the 'moutains' and jyss took photos! hahahaah.. just to test the zoom function of the cam.. shali's cam to be exact.. check 'em out yo.. :D

today was painful.. my knee got some pain again after me and shali had to run some 3k kinda thing.. so had to stop trainin half way.. i just ate glucosamine so i think i should be good as new tomorrow :D sunday we're havin a race and i'm so excited for that.. i'm kinda feelin geared :) shali's fan club is on the loose again tryin to pry on him..lol.. being his body guard, it's not too bad a job lol.. we were into the 'YO' kinda thing today hahaha.. kept sayin things like 'blah blah... yo. ' hahaaa.. it's kinda fun don't noe why.. haha..

went for the NDP interview today @ bishan.. took me some time to find that place.. met hilmi from 06A2 there.. i was the last person to be interviewed and i thought it was kinda nice.. there were 2 ladies (or girls??) in this room and they just asked me questions which were kinda typical like 'what did you learn as a leader?, what do you think a leader should be like?' and blah blah.. hahaha.. i thought that one of the girl was kinda hot.. she's pleasant lookin anyway.. haha.. after that, when i came out, they told me i have been choosen to be a leader for a section :D yippie.. i'm kinda in a dze now so can't elaborate mush but ya.. bye yo.. :D ahhahaah..

ok..actually i published this post but had to come back to add this little bit of info.. i just found out that me dad has flown to vietnam! damn it i don't even know ?!? till now.. somethings crazy..

sports day was today so was GP mid-yr paper..
GP was so-so.. many ppl found the comprehension difficult.. i thought it was easy actually.. :D chose qn9 for my essay: 'Crimes against the environment are the worst kind of crimes. Comment.'.. so yup.. hopefully can do well :)

YAY !!! ZIRCON IS 2ND !!!! i'm so freakin happy that zircon got 2nd beatin onyx and sapphire :D yippie yippie :D ran the purluff today as well my 400m finals.. got a gold and silver respectively.. thank god we won the parluff.. it was a fight between zircon and onyx but in the end we won !! hahahaha.. yay !! i'm so happy because of the fact that zironc did well.. and also the track team did well :D jon, shali, hilmi, cheryl, mel.. Just marvelous :D

i bought the camera but failed to use it.. there are some photos with jyssica, dyan and blah blah.. will post it up soon :) arh !!! SO HAPPY !!! :D :D :D

2 years from now if only i got results that i received today i'll be freaking over the moon man ! hahaahaha.. today we received our continual assessment and this is definately the best results i'll ever see in my report book ! hahaha..

Absent for 2 days, never ever late :D yay !! hahaha.. the only thing that i'm not happy bout is my conduct! because i don't have full attendence, mr pillai cannot give me excellent like last time :( boo hoo.. hahaha.. :D i'm so happy.. jon say i got such results cause i have lenient teachers , but seriously, if i had lenient teachers, would they be that lenient to give me As.. meng hong got 3As, 2Bs and 1 D as well.. same as me :D yippie i'm so happy.. hahahaa.. ok if i go on, it'll sound like i'm showing off so ya.. HAHA my final celebration: YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tomorrow will be GP mid-year and track and field meet.. and also the deadline for GPP whatever.. my my.. so many things to do.. i'm going to die.. and on sunday there's the duathlon, i'm goin with shali ! arh! hahahaahaha.. sometimes i think a really busy life now is just a preparation for the even more busy life after my education.. coooooooooool :D:D:D

reached home and saw MARMITE!! lookin at this gives me those wonderful little memories of my childhood where mum would put marmite in my porridge.. hahaha.. i miss those innocent days haiz.. not like now life is so fast paced.. Marmite is just one of those brands that you will never remember until you stumble upon it again.. kinda like an old memory kept somewhere in an old box in the corner of your room.. hahaha.. i sound so old..



the weekend passed by with almost as relaxin for me as possible.. now that week has started poof! time to start workin again.. today durin accounts, i kinda had a little 'tiff' with huimin if that's what you can call it.. she and kim couldn't get the answer that mr cheng was givin and when i kinda taught them, huimin said i was wrong and all.. then they asked mr cheng how to get the answer.. and when they understood, huimin put the blame on me.. i kinda snorted something back because i was a little ticked off by her action.. she herself not payin attention and she's sayin that i was wrong all.. haiyo.. but i suppose this is just some childish thoughts going through my head so yup no worries...

trainin was fun, we were suppose to treat it like some sort of competition.. did full 80m twice and 150m with mel at the 120m mark.. we were suppose to catch her but she's like 30m ahead!! even shali couldn't catch her.. not fair hahaha.. maybe today is really my childish day...

LaKisha Jones is going home... from american idol that is.. now we have the final 3 Melinda, Jordin and Blake.. actually i think all of them are talented so yup..

finals was today got 2 bronze medals already :) 4x4 was a close fight but ya anyway hahaha.. i'm already happy enough that zircon won so many things this yr so ya.. the other bronze came from my 200 :) actually if you come to think of it.. i definately have room to improve to be as great as the other guys from track because after all, before alfred's training started, i was able to keep up with them but now they're simply movin and i'm not hahaha! too bad for me haha :) there's nothing to be sad about after all i'm in MI not to become a world class runner but simply a student preparing myself for university so yup great! :D but this year i have to give my 200% because i really want to make it a great yr for Hilmi.. the other guys have been really great and what's the best way to thank them but with a GOLD :) all the way track and field!!! hahahaha :)

stupid jonny fell ill today and he still insisted on running.. well he did great and helped his team got gold for 4x4 but i bet he's at home shiverin now hahaha.. TAKE CARE JONNY! hmmm..Zircon still in 3rd position once again after today's events i'm hopin that we can catch back and get back to 2nd place.. garnet will win that's for sure.. but it doesn't really matter to me because what matters is that my house and myself have put in our best for Zircon :) hahaha.. i sound so patrotic like a retard lol..

been some time since i blogged.. anyway, the week happened very fast with the completion of the first 2 sports heats.. Garnet is leading (expectedly) with the other houses behind.. today Zircon stands at 3rd place behing sapphire with onyx comin from the back.. o well.. shali, mel, cheryl, hilmi broke the records that were once held.. shali tole me i broke the old record as well.. yippie for that :D hahaha.. yesterday, sapphire girls lost to the garnet girls by a nipple (cheers to those who noe what i mean :X) hahahahahaha!! been caught up in studying every now and then as well.. cannot afford to let my studies take a toll and chinese oral is comin up and as well as I-day.. rehearsals are more or less done and i have to borrow shirt from hilmi again.. haha thanks hilmi! :D tomorrow will be the final 'heats'.. it's not exactly heats since all the events that are going to be held tomorrow will be finals anyway so yup..

SpiDEY SWINGS INTO MY NEIGHBOURHOOD!! HAHAHA.. SPIDERMAN 3 IS DAMN COOL CATCH IT PEOPLE!!! I'm giving it 5/5! definately a must watch!! i'm not gonna say much in case it spoils the movie for some.. but...

it's touching at some point where you might actually sympatize with the vicimizer rather then the victim (GP!! haha) anyway, there are the cool graphic effects and all.. also you kinda learn lessons from the show like: YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE! hahaahahaha.. CATCH IT PEOPLE!!

watched the movie with caryn.. it's been sometime since i met her.. before that went for sushi " BPP.. then we kinda roamed round orchard b4 the movie started so yup.. tomorrow will be the first sports heat.. yippie :)

THE ALL IMPORTANT PROJECT WORK GROUPS ARE OUT!!!

Today has been such a fulfilling day :) Haven't felt such fulfilment in ages.. hahaha.. perhaps due the fact that i completed my tasks for the day mainly (1) Finish Institute Day Rehearsal, (2) Complete training which was damn tiring by the way.. (3)Gather comments for my PI so that I can finalize everything.. I WANT MY A GRADE!!! HAHA..

during chinese lesson today, for some reason, while i was writing an essay titled 《我长大了》 which literally means 'I've grown up'.. i ended up crying instead.. hahaha..hard to believe but yup i cried while writing a CHINESE ESSAY!! hahaha.. i was actually recounting that day when mum cried and blah blah so ya.. perhaps there's still some sort of unreleased sorrow inside.. hahaha.. what can i say.. :)

i-day rehearsal was great, training was tiring (vommited) but i really enjoyed the torture! haha.. perhaps i kinda miss it.. and gathering comments was great to..just really really hope that my marker will give me an EE! (expecting expectation).. please please please... :X hahaha..
