hoo!! ok.. i was close to gettin into the finals for my 200m today but o well.. retarded dips get you no where! hahahahaha!! but still i'm really happy to have did what i already did so yup :) yay me.. did our 4x400m today as well.. and by not pushing we still managed to qualify as the 2nd qualifier! haha.. maybe the others were really not pushing as well so yup.. cannot be over confident.. best is to remain humble, like what miss phang use to say: 'Win humbly, lose graciously' i must learn that :) for the first time today, i felt a assurance about my 400m, being the first runner, did quite a good leg :) thanks to mr tok for havin confidence in me for this magical event :) hahaha..

our captains today paved a way :) both of em got their first national medals and i'm really happy and proud for and of them :) i'm happy for shali and jon too :) this yr has been kinda good for all of us.. but for me, i choose to say that I've done well :) that's all i guess HAHA :) just noticed that there's so many smiley faces :) haha, i must be feelin really good :) mel has been my senior since secondary school, seeing her improve and finally reaping her crop really made me feel so proud of her.. GOOD JOB!!

ok.. the crust of today goes to this fren, i'm not gonna say much but one of my boyfriends has his eyes opened! and his heart skipped.. ok fine i should just stop alright.. and i made jon pissed today, sorry :) :) :) that's why the decision to shut up :X if not they're gonna say that i big mouth :X ok stop!
