Training training training.. that's what that has been keepin me busy the past couple of days :D believe it or not, i'm actually likin it..

yesterday went to eat jap food at orchard with mum.. some place at shaw centre.. it was great! :D haha.. after that shopping time ! and then training at gombak.. yesterday was endurance training so ya it was tough.. 10 x 100m.. we completed it decently :D GREAT JOB SHALI AND MEL!! and coach (alfred) made me do extra weights again and i found out i can actully do heavier weights then i thought i could:D hey hey.. after trainin, the 3 of us bought WHATEVER !! it's this drink that contains whatever so ya.. hahaha.. wanted to try it, mel got lemon tea, i got peach tea and shali got apple tea.. funny.. after that went home and had UNAGI for dinner ! yum yum.. fabulous! then went to meet huimin, kim, kristen, jiayang @ KAP.. did maths and then ASSHOLE CARD GAME (titie, how do you spell that ?? hahaah).. so ya.. after that on the way home, met, hianchong, weichong, gabriel, qinheng and a few secondary sch frens at the busstop.. coincidence.. nv really spoke much but ya.. never really spoke to sec sch ppl already.. been busy with life.. damn it.. after that kim went to book chalet or something then, huimin, kristen and me went to alameen for supper so ya..

today! nothing much actually except training.. we did practice on our starts and i did a preety decent job today :D hahaha.. so ya.. but my knee hurts and so does the tendon part left leg to be exact.. damn it! had bubble tea-pineapple milk tea (kinda nice actually) so ya that's pretty much bout it..

O! i remembered something! yesterday, while we were on our way to get our Whatever drink, we walked pass this lady and a girl (with her so i assume it's her daughter).. the lady was squartin and squashin drink cans.. and the girl was seatin on a spoilt pram.. the girl was sick and sobbin as well.. the lady said in chinese(my translation is a little bad) : ' We don't have the time to sleep.. and I don't have any money for you to see a doctor'... she said more things but i can't really rmb but all i knew was that after the mother said stuff, the girl started cryin.. she looked as if she cried b4.. what i'm tryin to drive at is that i didn't really knew there are ppl who actully live in such terrible state in singapore.. i wonder where could the girl's father be? or if any help is given to them at all.. thelittle girl did looked sick to me.. such a painful picture to rmb.. shali and mel are lucky they don't understand whatever the mum said but they probably didn't really like sight as well.. i really pity them.. :( someone help them...
