anyway, brought taisho to the vet yesterday and had him had his 2nd vaccination jab.. he's such a goodie boy..never squirm or anything.. i just feel that i'm such a bad owner.. somehow i feel that i have not exactly created the best life for taisho.. :( so sad.. he was given de-worming medicine as well and he only took a little of it.. and when he noticed that there was medicine in his food he ignored the food haha.. kinda smart..

training today.. my calf hurts again.. when will this pain stop!?! so much agony in me.. stupid leg.. sometimes i wonder: 'How the hell did I ended up in Track and Field??' anyway, tomorrow got training again and hopefully my calf will not hurt again (or anymore) :)
