had my first training after coming back from HK.. weights training today morning @ gombak.. phew tough man.. had to carry super heavy stuff for my size haha.. anyway, after that we went airport for lunch i had ban mian and chicken rice.. not very nice but i miss these food while in HK..

after that we went to expo expectin nice stuff @ the nike year end warehouse sales but there was freakin NOTHING! boring.. met vanessa there by coincedence.. and the queue was 2 whole rounds around the whole venue.. insane crowd.. after that we went tenah merah for some other sales that was not very impressive either.. but that's roughly how i spent my day today haha.. mainly with shali, jon, cheryl.. then me and shali took 67 from bedok all the way back home.. super long ride.. we slept and got up with some irritatin kid behind us kept makin so much noise!! i hate noisy children.. andway.. that's bout it..

jessica got booted out in Survivor today.. so random.. initially no one really aimed her but somehow she got kicked out.. haha.. RARO won this round!! yay man!
